Special packaging for
technical springs
From compression springs to delicate retaining clips
For our technical springs, we develop packaging solutions that provide seamless protection for components and make your production processes noticeably more efficient. We tailor these solutions precisely to the geometry, surface finish, and your specific logistics process.
Our custom-fit blister packaging provides optimal protection for your springs and bent parts against damage, prevents them from getting caught, and enables fast, efficient further processing.
Our adhesive pads, precisely tailored to your components, ensure secure attachment, simplify handling, and speed up further processing in your production line.
Our custom-fit wrapping reliably protects your products from moisture, dirt, and scratches, ensuring a clean, professional presentation for storage and transport.
Process reliability all the way through to withdrawal
Here's what our packaging solutions offer
Handling in highly automated manufacturing facilities using industrial robots enables
Component protection that fits the geometry
Picking for Kanban Containers/Systems
Transport protection for technical springs as part of our service
When manufacturing and subsequently shipping technical springs, we design custom packaging to suit the component, quantity, and handling requirements. For example, for compression springs, tension springs, wire-formed parts, retaining clips, or clamps. In doing so, we take the following factors into account, among others:
Component Geometry and Sensitivity
Protection against deformation, snagging, and contact with surfaces
Varietal Purity and Labeling
Clear distinction between variants; defined quantities per unit
Handling in Automated Assembly
Fast, repeatable removal; optional position-accurate placement, which enables handling in highly automated, robot-based manufacturing systems

Special packaging for technical springs
An Overview of Packaging Types
Maximum protection for sensitive surfaces. Reliably prevents snagging and allows for quick visual inspection and easy removal.
Ideal for automated assembly processes. Your components are positioned in a defined orientation, remain geometrically stable, and stack perfectly.
The solution to prevent slipping. Wire-form springs and clips remain securely in place during transport and can be released with a single motion at the assembly station.
Surface contact and snagging are minimized through welding.
Here's how we develop the right packaging
Check the component and its application
We examine geometry, spring characteristics, surface, and sensitivity, including potential risks such as snagging, deformation, or contact points
Sample and Practical Test
We create packaging prototypes and optimize handling, removal, and protective performance.
Mass Production and Delivery
Once approved, we adapt the packaging for mass production and deliver the parts in accordance with the production process, including pre-assembly/subassemblies and customized labeling upon request.
We stock your Kanban bins or mesh boxes
Alternatively, you can supply us with your packaging systems. We will then fill them directly and integrate the process into your existing workflows. This applies in particular to Kanban systems or mesh bins.
Request Special Packaging for Technical Springs
Ensure the quality of your components right through to assembly. We supply technical springs, clips, and stamped and bent parts in the appropriate packaging to protect components, ensure product purity, and facilitate efficient handling.

Questions and Answers About Special Packaging
What information do you need to design custom packaging?
Drawings (2D/3D), photos, or a sample part are ideal. It is also helpful to provide the quantity per shipment, the desired packaging unit, the number of variants, and the shipping and storage conditions.
What types of packaging do you offer for technical springs?
Depending on the component and process, options may include blister packaging, compartments/trays, adhesive pads, KLT inlays, or fixed pouch packaging, each with appropriate separation of variants and labeling.
How do you decide whether a blister pack, tray, or adhesive pad is the best option?
On geometry and sensitivity (snagging, deformation, surface) as well as on your removal logic during assembly. The goal is reproducible handling without rework.
Can you reliably define packaging units and labeling?
Yes. We define the quantity per unit, variant separation, and picking logic in such a way that goods receipt and assembly can be planned clearly and reliably.
How does the packaging development process work?
Typically in three steps: Review the component/application, coordinate prototyping and field testing, followed by mass production and delivery in accordance with the process.
