Your Responsibilities
What would factories be without machines and equipment?
It’s hard to imagine having to manufacture every product without technical support.
But before the first springs are manufactured on the production machines, manufacturing processes must be reviewed, procedures established, and any new work steps that need to be developed must be implemented. This is exactly where the work of a production technologist begins.
It ends when the machines reliably perform their tasks and our springs and stamped-bent parts are manufactured on time and to the required quality standards. During your training as a production technologist, you’ll become an expert in commissioning production equipment. Your ideas and knowledge will also be needed when checking specified dimensions and communicating with customers and suppliers.
We’ll involve you in our production, work planning, and quality assurance processes right from the start, and you’ll be able to apply what you’ve learned immediately in your day-to-day work.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Interest in technology and machinery
- Enjoyment in contributing your own ideas
